Now, a quick story... I was in Chicago on business and wanted to try a panoramic series of the magnificent Chicago skyline. I was racing by foot, bus, and cab to the planetarium to beat the sunset. Before arriving, I was sure I was already too late to catch the few brief moments of perfect "golden" sunset colors. I quickly staked my spot and started to grab the tripod, all the while thinking I was going to have to settle only for night shots, when I looked up...and voilà! The sky suddenly started to turn pink! That was the fastest set-up I've ever done! I hope you enjoy the result.
